This menu has been created for those of your who are seeking a meal that is a little above the standard family restaurant offering. Kobe beef steak, grilled asparagus, roasted fingerling potatoes, demi glaze.

Fresh trout, mushroom risotto, pickled fennel, and daikon.

Smoke-Brined Pork Chops

10oz bone-in chop, red pepper Romesco, charred carrots, lemon crema.

Chorizo Stuffed Chicken

Bone-out stuffed chicken leg, mixed peppers and onions, rosemary red potatoes, cilantro lime crema.

Red Wine Braised Short Ribs

Short ribs with creamy polenta, roasted cauliflower, chimichurri.

16oz. Ribeye

Certified Angus Ribeye, blue cheese butter compound, roasted fingerling potatoes, braised spinach.

Pesto Pasta

Angel Hair pasta, cherry tomato, shallot, garlic.

Baked Mac and Cheese

Elbow noodles, cheese sauce, shredded cheeses.
